May we ask that you read the following conditions before ordering from Derann, Thank you.

When ordering by Email, do not send the whole list back as a reply, it would help if you copied and pasted the sections you wish to purchase or enquire about.

Please include your name and address on your orders - it helps to speed the process and also include the film numbers and titles. Please do not send copy orders by fax or email to reduce duplication of orders. When ordering please state you full name and customer number (if known).

If you make enquiries about films, they will NOT be reserved unless you specifically ask for this, is which case your credit card details should be sent with your enquiry. We would then assume that you may wish to purchase and will reserve the film/s for 10 days only.

Overseas customers can pay by visa, Mastercard or Amex. Or Bank draft in pounds sterling, made payable via United Kingdom bank.

We are NOT able to accept cheques made out in US Dollars U.K. customers can pay by credit card, cheque, postal order , cash. We accept British pounds Sterling only. No US Dollars please. The bank charges that we have to pay to convert back to pounds Sterling is very high.

All prices quoted in the lists are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%, all films dispatched outside the European Union (EU) will have this deducted. Air Mail post is usually around 15% of the film price (Min £4.00, Max £30.00). Large parcels are sent via UPS and can be dispatched to the UK for next day delivery for £7.95 (excluding N.Ireland, The Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Scily which is £12.00)
